Dr. Jeff Galloway has held a variety of roles in the polymer industry, primarily focused on polymer compounding. His areas of expertise include process R&D, formulation R&D, and nanocomposites. He received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Krauss Maffei Corporation, Florence, KY, 2016 to Present, Director of Process Technology. The Process Technology team is responsible for process R&D and supports customers with lab trials, process design, equipment start-ups, and process troubleshooting.
Eastman Chemical Company, Kingsport, TN, 2012 to 2016, Senior/Principal Applications Engineer. Developed formulations and processes (compounding, extrusion, and injection molding) for copolyester-based materials. Served as a compounding consultant for various projects in the Polymers Technology Division. Established new compounding and analytical testing capabilities to support product development.
Entegris, Chaska, MN, 2006 to 2012, Research Scientist/Consulting Scientist. Developed formulations and processes (compounding and injection molding) for polymer-carbon nanotube blends used in products for the semiconductor industry. Major contributor to transformation of department from an R&D group into a captive compounding business.
Sandia National Laboratories, Albuquerque, NM, 2003 to 2006, Senior Member of Technical Staff. Developed polymer-based materials solutions for various national security projects. Primary R&D responsibilities in the areas of thermal protection systems, thermal interface materials, and satellite systems.
