Essen is proving to be a popular choice as venue for AMI’s Compounding World Expo 2018.
Why choose Essen?…is one of the questions regularly asked from prospective exhibitors and visitors as to why AMI chose this venue for the Compounding World Expo. In short, Essen has a lot going for it. It’s at the centre of Germany’s industrial heartland, the Ruhrgebiet. We plotted a map of Europe’s compounding sites and Essen came up as a natural centre to stage the event. The venue itself, Messe Essen, has recently undergone a renovation so is a perfect fit in terms of size with modern services on offer. It’s also extremely well connected with the major motorway and rail networks with Düsseldorf’s international airport just 30 minutes down the road.
The exhibitor list and floorplan is shaping up nicely as we look to put on a show for the compounding and additives sector of the plastics industry. In the past couple of weeks, Mixaco Dr. Herfeld, Bronkhorst, Dr. Collin and Solvay have been added to the exhibitor list alongside the likes of Coperion, IMERYS, Buss and Schenck Process.
